City Kidz is an exciting and active environment filled with songs, games, and lovable characters that teach Godly values at an age-appropriate level.  These weekend services meet at the same time as our adult services and are specifically designed for all children from 1st – 6th grade!   So while you are experiencing the creative, life-changing worship and teaching of City Church, your children are experiencing it as well.

Dear Parents,

As the Children's Pastor at City Church, I am so excited to be a part of your child's world!  City Kidz is for grades 1-6 and is designed specifically for your child as a way of integrating praise and teaching using fast-paced, unique methods. At City Church, we believe church should be FUN!  Every week your child will experience something new -- something that will be applicable to his or her everyday life.  Each service consists of praise and worship, offering, prayer, and a relevant teaching.  We also believe in the importance of relationships.  Therefore, each service includes a group activity as a way for children to get to know each other and build relationships inside the church setting.  So while you are spending time with God in your service, you can trust that your child is spending time with God, too!

Also at City Church, we feel that it is wonderful to reward City Kidz for their commitment to church.  For that reason, we have provided a way for your child to have tons of fun being a part of City Kidz: The City Store!  When kids come on Sunday with last week’s scripture verse memorized, their Bible, offering, and/or with a friend, they will be rewarded with City Store dollars.  Once they get a certain amount of dollars, they will be able to start “shopping” at our City Store, which is full of prizes that your kids will love.  They can choose to spend their money right away or they can save it for something bigger!  How they spend their money is up to them!  This is an exciting way to encourage each student to grow in God on their own time and also talk to their friends about Christ!

I consider it a great privilege to be able to speak into the lives of a younger generation, and WE ARE GOING TO HAVE A BLAST!  I look forward to meeting you and your child... see you there!
